Insurance Information for NewSound Hearing Aid Centers

NewSound Hearing Aid Centers participate with most major insurance carriers as well as Medicaid and other Texas agencies which provide hearing aids as a part of rehabilitative programs.

Whether your provider is Humana, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Texas Retired Teachers, DARS, or other Texas agencies, we are familiar with your benefits. We also honor AAA, AARP and Texas Farm Bureau hearing aid discount programs.

If you have any questions about your plan, our insurance coordinator will help you with this on your initial visit. Please bring your insurance card and other insurance information as well as a valid driver’s license or other photo identification card.

Our insurance staff is knowledgable and friendly. We are happy to assist you in filing claims with your primary insurance company, and can provide you with a coded receipt to attach to the EOB (Explanation of Benefits).

NewSound also treats patients that have had their hearing injured at work or in an automobile or other third-party liability-type accidents. Please call the office nearest you and speak to our administrator for specific details regarding these types of injuries.
